The Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM) is a professional body for landscape architects in Malaysia.
|
|
UPM’s Master of Landscape Architecture programme is well established since 1996 and it is also the only MLA programme that is accredited by the Institute of Landscape Architects, Malaysia (ILAM). The MLA programme in UPM is taught by qualified and experienced lecturers from the faculty as well as associate professionals from well established landscape architectural firms within and outside the Klang Valley.
MLA students in UPM are required to complete a total 62 credits of mandatory coursework. It normally takes 5 semesters to complete. Students need to pay the credit and semester fees. They also need to pay for field trips and stationeries including art materials for presentations

- CGPA 3.00
- CGPA 2.750 - CGPA 2.999 + 3 Years Working Experience
- GCPA 2.500 - 2.749 + 5 Years Working Experience

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

|
The Master of Landscape Architecture Program is conducted within three (3) to six (6) semesters with a minimum of 41 credits to graduate for a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture candidate, 53 credits for a Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture candidate and 62 credits for other candidates in related fields.
