CLIENT CHARTER

We are the Faculty of Design and Architecture staff, UPM is committed to excellence through the application of quality culture in teaching, research and professional services to meet our customers' expectations by ensuring:

 

Undergraduate Academic

  1. Provide the student's confirmation letter within three (3) working days after the complete application is received.
  2. Take action on complaints received within three (3) working days.

 

Postgraduate Academic

  1. Processing the application for admission at least two (2) months after complete application is received from SPS.
  2. Processing the application form for Nomination of Supervision Committee at least two (2) months from the date the complete application is received from the student
  3. Processing the application to defer studies within 14 working days after a complete application is received.
  4. Processing the application to extend duration of study within 14 working days after a complete application is received.
  5. Processing the application to change programme/field of study within two (2) months after a complete application is received.
  6. Processing the application to upgrade studies to the PhD programme latest within three (3) months after a complete application is received.
  7. Processing the application for graduate assistance (GRF/GRA) latest within three (3) months after the application deadline.

 

Research and Innovation

  1. Inform the grant opening of the grant to the Researcher within three (3) working days after receiving the notification from the Research Management Centre (RMC)
  2. Inform the results of the proposed paper (amendment) evaluation from the RMC to the Project Head within two (2) working days.
  3. Ensure application for seminar / conferences / workshops / overseas visits (SKBL) is processed within seven (7) working days before being sent to the RMC.
  4. Inform the competition / exhibitions of Research within two (2) working days after receiving notification from the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation)
  5. Provide feedback on the evaluation of the research report within fourteen (14) working days after the assessment is conducted.

 

Industry and Community Network

  1. Announcement by email to the academic staff to include JINM activity reporting data for each quarter within five (5) working days after receiving information from the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the Industry and Community Network (TNCJINM).
  2. Inform the status of industry network authentication confirmation and within seven (7) working days after the data is entered into the ICRIS system.
