Handing House Teratak Semai Project

Faculty of Design and Architecture (FRSB), UPM help housing construction projects to 
comfortable Teratak Semai Orang Asli in Kampung Batu 5, Tapah, Perak. Construction of
the house is also supported by Members of Legislative Assembly (Assemblyman)
Chenderiang and Malaysian Medical Association (MMA). Construction using self-concept
involves building housing construction skills of homeowners with economical cost and
comfortable.

 


Projek Teratak Semaifor the indigenous in Tapah, Perak. He is a joint venture between Assembly officials Chenderiang, Tapah, and Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Plant Shack 3.1 Project Phase was conducted from 1st August to 5th August 2016 been able to build two houses in Kampung Bt. 5, Jalan Pahang, Tapah, Perak with a contribution from the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA).

While Projek Teratak Semai Phase 4.0 was conducted from 8th August to 26th August 2016 and has successfully built two houses in Kampung Bt. 17, Jalan Pahang, Tapah, Perak after receiving contributions from Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNB).

The project is now Teratak Semai Phase 4.1 will start from 30th sept. to 3rd October 2016 to build three houses in the village of Bt. 17, J Jalan Pahang, Tapah, Perak after receiving a donation from Rotary Shah Alam and MMA.
